Hi, I’m Catherine and I’m a Craniosacral Therapist and Reiki Master and Teacher.
I’m based in the spa town of Cheltenham on the edge of the Cotswolds in Gloucestershire. I offer Craniosacral Therapy treatments for all ages including babies and children.
As a Reiki Master and Teacher, I offer Reiki treatments infused with the power of crystals and can teach and provide Reiki attunements to those who are ready for the gift of healing others.
If you’re not able to meet in person, I provide Distance healing for both Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki Healing where I’m able to energetically connect with you remotely in the comfort of your own home.
Whether you’re looking for support with an existing health condition, want to reduce your day to day stress levels or would just like a little “me” time, I offer a gentle and compassionate space for all my clients. My intention is to have you feeling rebalanced, grounded, energized and happier after a treatment with me.
Therapies I offer
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle and light touch non-invasive therapy, which enhances the body’s own ability to heal naturally. I am able to listen to the movement, rhythm and intelligence of the body in an intuitive and non-imposing way. But don’t be fooled! This light touch is way more powerful than you might think!
Reiki Healing
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is a popular technique designed for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes overall well-being. It involves using long, smooth strokes, kneading, and circular movements on the top layers of muscles. This type of massage aims to improve circulation, increase oxygen levels in the blood, and release muscle tension.
Treatments & Fees
All treatments last 60 minutes and include a consultation. Please note that if you don’t show up for a session, or cancel or change it within less than 48 hours, the session will need to be paid for.
