In 2014, I was involved in a car accident and suffered from chronic back pain for two years. I had tried everything through the medical system, or so I thought, but nothing seemed to help. Willing to try anything, I discovered craniosacral therapy and after just one session, I was pain free by the following day. I was overjoyed with the results and I knew one day I would study craniosacral therapy.

During this time, my father’s health was in decline so I became attuned to Reiki where I could treat him daily to relieve pain and confusion which helped his well-being in his final years.

It was these events that triggered my own journey of self-discovery, self-mastery and compassion for others. I have trained to Reiki Master level as well as other modalities including Colour Therapy, Crystal Healing, and Head Massage. I am currently studying a Diploma in Massage Therapy at the Bodyology School of Massage in London.
