Hi, I’m Catherine and I’m a Craniosacral Therapist, Reiki Master and Teacher and a Massage Therapist
I’m based in the spa town of Cheltenham on the edge of the Cotswolds in Gloucestershire. I offer Craniosacral Therapy treatments for all ages including babies and children.
As a Reiki Master and Teacher, I offer Reiki treatments infused with the power of crystals and can teach and provide Reiki attunements to those who are ready for the gift of healing others.
If you’re not able to meet in person, I provide Distance healing for both Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki Healing where I’m able to energetically connect with you remotely in the comfort of your own home.
Whether you’re looking for support with an existing health condition, want to reduce your day to day stress levels or would just like a little “me” time, I offer a gentle and compassionate space for all my clients. My intention is to have you feeling rebalanced, grounded, energized and happier after a treatment with me.

Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle and light touch non-invasive therapy, which enhances the body’s own ability to heal naturally. I am able to listen to the movement, rhythm and intelligence of the body in an intuitive and non-imposing way. But don’t be fooled! This light touch is way more powerful than you might think!
Scarwork & Craniosacral Therapy
Scarwork is a gentle, light-touch, and non-invasive therapy that helps soften and integrate scar tissue, restoring natural movement and sensation. I work intuitively, listening to the body’s unique rhythms and responses, allowing it to release tension and heal in its own way. This delicate approach can help to improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and restore harmony.
Reiki Healing
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Indian Head Massage
Indian head massage is a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating therapy that helps to relieve tension and stress while promoting overall wellbeing. Using gentle yet effective techniques, I work on the scalp, temples, and neck to soothe the mind, ease headaches, and improve circulation. Despite its simplicity, this therapy can have profound effects, leaving you feeling refreshed and balanced.
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is a popular technique designed for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes overall well-being. It involves using long, smooth strokes, kneading, and circular movements on the top layers of muscles. This type of massage aims to improve circulation, increase oxygen levels in the blood, and release muscle tension.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage is a luxurious and deeply comforting therapy that combines the benefits of therapeutic massage with the soothing warmth of heated stones. The stones are gently placed on key points of the body, helping to release tension, improve circulation, and promote deep relaxation. The gentle heat penetrates muscles, melting away stress and leaving you with an unparalleled sense of calm and rejuvenation.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is an intensive and highly effective therapy designed to relieve deep-seated tension and chronic muscle pain. By using firm pressure and slow, targeted strokes, this technique reaches the underlying layers of muscle and connective tissue, helping to break down knots and improve mobility. Deep tissue massage enhances circulation, reduces inflammation, and promotes faster recovery, leaving you feeling revitalised, restored, and free from persistent discomfort.
Treatments & Fees
All treatments last 30 minutes, 60 minutes or 80 minutes and include a consultation.
Please note that if you don’t show up for a session, or cancel or change it within less than 48 hours, the session will need to be paid for.
